"Dirty and broken sink, closet door broken , sliding balcony door not locking street noise coming in over all very poor and they charged for parking over $15 a day which was not mentioned on line l will never stay there again "

"Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A full cup coffee maker...

"Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. "

Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. "Front desk Staff were excellent to deal with. We arrived early and they got us in to our room earlier than expected and on departure day they held our luggage for us so we could go to the Bluejays game and we were able to come back and leave for the airport with no issues at all. Hotel is a half a block off Yonge St. so you could walk to all the downtown attractions."
