"The room's beds were too small double beds that can't fit 2 people in it."

"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."

"I didn't like the complimentary breakfast.Because there was four people that stayed in the room in a double bed suite with 2 beds But 2 ppl had to pay because they only give you 2 free breakfast a day. Not nice to do actually . And no complimentary tea or coffee is a huge issue . That's one thing most hotels do and it is greatly appreciated instead of having to leave hotel."

"Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A full cup coffee maker...

"Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. "

"I love the staff. I stayed there for a week in a work trip. Sadly I got sick and the front desk found me a clinic I could walk in and help me navigate walking there. So helpful and genuine... I love my room that was actually set up like an apartment. Full kitchen.. it was refreshing not to go out for breakfast. The area is very hip and so many restaurant and places to shop. The ride from the airport was also convenient ... by train only 20 minutes but going back I took a taxi to minimize...

"It's a fairly new hotel and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained plus very friendly staff. The only minor complaint was that there were no real options, other than walking a few blocks, to self park ones car. The valet service was very good and fast, but it is an extra CDN$55 per day. Still recommended."
