"The hotel has become a pot smokers paradise. The pictures don't do justice online. Place is definitely a 2 or less star in my opinion. I paid $200 per night and it felt like a cheap motel. Elevator always smelled like Marijuana. In a four night stay we changed rooms at 11:00 pm as the adjoining room, there was pot smoking going on. The smell was so strong in our room that we couldn't breathe. This is not even an area where there should be a parking charge. It's $15 per night. Absolute...

"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"Staff makes this place so welcoming! Excellent customer service! It is kept so clean and they are on top of all the area. Breakfast is only cereal and toast, coffee/tea but a microwave and kettle is available. The office space is nice with a coupon private booths for calls. The pods do not keep out much noise, but the tv and headphones help 😉"

"Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment...
