"Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente...

"There is major construction at this hotel. I was advised the only way to avoid some of the noise was to pay for an upgraded room on the other side of the hotel. Once there it was where they parked the construction equipment and once that started was far from quiet!"

We had a massage. I believe my therapist’s name is Erica. She was wonderful! They have live music and a patio with fireplaces to relax. We did enjoy that area a few times. "The Hotel charges a $40 per day Resort Fee , plus a tax on that fee as well. The Fee is for parking at the hotel, breakfast , coffee and cookies. As for the parking , I have a SUV so there is no way to fit into the little parking covered spots on the property and the 4 other spots were always taken or cars parked to close , you would not be able to back up .
