"Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one,...

"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. "This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend."

"Such a lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The pool and spa was very relaxing. We had a garden room which opens out to the outdoor pool and has deck beds and a hot tub bath. Bed is super comfy too! A really enjoyable stay. Will definitely return."
