"The family room is the best room as can get quite noisy at night and also has abath and shower in that room."

"Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous."

"This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful."

"My husband & I arrived on a Friday and we're fairly late arriving, we were shocked at the price of the parking, the sign said £18 per day. You have to use an app which I do not like! We walked to reception and booked in. We were told our room was on third floor. We got in the lift and went up, as soon as the doors opened the heating hit us! We found our room and went in.
