"Superb breakfast and dinner previous evening.Room was spotless. Parking was secure, a plus point. In all, a short and very pleasant stay.Would definitely recommend a stay at The Bridge House Hotel."

"This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful."

Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "My husband & I arrived on a Friday and we're fairly late arriving, we were shocked at the price of the parking, the sign said £18 per day. You have to use an app which I do not like! We walked to reception and booked in. We were told our room was on third floor. We got in the lift and went up, as soon as the doors opened the heating hit us! We found our room and went in. "Lovely place to stay for the weekend"

"Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous."

"The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use on the first night so we went to The Sun pub only 30 seconds away which was great.
