"The gym and pool facilities are great and really made our visit. Room was comfortable and the bathroom newly refurbished. 10 min walk into town which made everything convenient. Would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the rooms were only ever so slightly worn but soo comfy and cosy. A real home from home vibe. Homemade cookies were delicious 😋 I would recommend more tea bags though as a tea drinker 😉 The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could not fault anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning one day ☺️"

"I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. "We did not have breakfast, pool ok, but the step broke when I stood on it to get into the pool. Jacuzzi water luke warm/cold but OK for one night. Just a short skip and a jump to the centre and beech, free parking came in handy. "

"Very nice rooms. I rate the bathrooms 4 because the older lavatories have separate cold and hot water, making it awkward to get any warm water. No counter space for personal care products. Otherwise, nice beds, excellent and responsive staff."

"We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! A spa hotel is the implication, but it certainly not that !"
