"Everything was great "

"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "Staff are always extremely helpful and help make the stay enjoyable. Room is basic but has everything you need. Breakfast is great and they also cater for the dog too! "

"What bar? Had a pimms, only citrus fuits and two raspberries, no apple, no cherry, no cucumber. Staff excellent, especially at breakfast. Unfortunately we had to pay for parking!!"

"We paid extra for delux rooms and our daughter’s room shower was running slow. The next morning was non existent so they showered in our room When we said about it when we left they said we should have turned the shower head to make the water run better Our argument is that surely it should be correct before we arrived Breakfast took an hour to come out and was ok Other than that it was clean"

"The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use on the first night so we went to The Sun pub only 30 seconds away which was great. The bath in the bathroom was raised and although both of us are tall we still had a struggle stepping up into it. We...

"Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! Hotel overall appearance tired in need of redecorating throughout. Large cracks in outside walls. This is probably due from recent cliff face collapse. Not up to Marriott standard &...
