"Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down."

"Service with a smile. Room decor calming, bed soo comfortable. Food well deserving of the rosettes. Professional and courteous service. Lovely breakfast. Great vegetarian options. In walking distance of the city centre, beach, and ocean view walking path. Will definitely stay again. Your staff are a credit to you. Oh. Enjoyed the pantry goodies on the first floor landing. The shortbread cookies went down a treat with a cup of tea."

"We had the twin room that had all the facilities needed and was lovely, beds were comfortable as were the pillows, all felt fresh and clean, the owners were on hand as stated very pleasant and parking was available. Location was perfect for us as were attending the Vitality Stadium a mere 15 minute walk away, as was the beach in the in the opposite direction."

"Lovely staff, very clean and room was beautifully decorated with little extras like chocolates. Nice toiletries and biscuits too. Breakfast omelette was first class. Definitely recommend! "

"We had a lovey 2 night stay here. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was also spacious and had a great walk in shower. The breakfast was also great with plenty to choose from. The staff were lovey and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bournemouth."

"A very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again."
