"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again. "

"Had a lovely stay"

"Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website."

"Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place. "
