"This place was unbelievable. The location could not have been better, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting with great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel quite a lot. Cannot convey how great this place was."

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."

"Good size clean room, very close to shopping centre and amenities far from old town - (about 40 min walk). Safe area to hang late at night streets are wide and safe full of restaurants and coffee shops. Location wise is across stop 6 on Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus"

Every evening, we were delivered 2 treats and the next day’s weather forecast on a little card! The inroom bar is free and they restock daily! Excellent service and kind staff! "
