"The breakfast last year has been amazing, it was one of the reasons I returned to this place. They told me that they exchanged the bakery that they buy their pastry from. Now they offer cheap and tasteless products, probably from the supermarket. Very disappointing, you can do better, Mason&Fifth Team."

今回はフロントがある建物とは異なる入り口から入るブロックの部屋でしたが、チェックアウトはフロントに行かずに玄関のBoxに鍵を投函すれば完了でとても便利でした。
すぐ近くのビクトリアコーチステーションおよび周辺にさまざまなバスが通っているので、どこに行くにもとても便利でした。
ロンドンのバスはクレジットカードのタッチで乗れますし、google mapのルート検索との相性もOKです。"

"The location of the flat is great - very convenient - and the price reflected the reality of the flat's condition. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment on that, but the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked!

"Fantastic stay with great new rooms—just a bit dusty!
What I liked:
I’m a huge fan of Moxy hotels, and this stay reminded me why. The location is unbeatable and that long escalator entrance is such a cool, modern touch. I stayed on the 7th floor in a Queen room, which was surprisingly large and felt brand new. It’s clear they are doing a great job with the expansion of the hotel. Also, a huge shoutout to the check-in staff—they were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy!

"Depends what you are looking for - clambering over a double bed with only access from 1 side is fine when you are young and supple!! Nowhere to sit in the room and very limited surfaces to put things on - a chaotic shower head - no where to hang towels - an attempt at a wardrobe (3 hooks on the wall with 4 bar hangers) - on the positive side electric controlled light levels and blind (if you get a window - unfortunately our blind was stuck midstream) ….. but the staff were lovely and as helpful...

"Clean room, great location. Found it a little intrusive that the staff kept calling to see how we were doing. Would have been nice to know how the lights worked. It took us 2 days to figure them out. The restaurants are WAY pricey and the elevator a little rickety and scary. Took the stairs every day."

I had a problem which I'm sure wouldn't bother everyone but I was given a new room and not made feel bad about it.
The staff were excellent.

"This is a regal hotel that is centrally located for the theatre district and the National Gallery. Although it is close to everything, the side street is quiet with a lovely garden behind and easy access to Embankment tube station. The staff is delightful and they recognized us whenever we walked through the lobby. Everything is spotless, including our spacious room. We never really figured the lights out, but that was a small thing compared to having 2 leather recliners and a heated bathroom...

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange.
They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels.
Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"I asked for a quiet room and they found me a lovely peaceful room so that I got a good nights sleep after a very long day. Very much appreciated, thank you! Breakfast was very good (I did look around at the takeout options but the in-house breakfast was better value). Location was really convenient and as lone female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around during the early evening and morning. "
