"The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The location was very nice , close to everything and felt very safe.
Morning breakfast was also very nice and all the stuff were so nice and helpful. We used the family room and it was decent space and was very clean .
I cannot think of anything bad about this hotel and I can highly recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you so much for accommodating us. "

"Clean-ish hotel for reasonable price. On the surface it does feel modern. However has a lot of issues with cleanliness when you are there for more than a few min (shower heads look like they’ve been caked in limestone for years).
Breakfast is terrible with a packed/messy food
hall-style area and probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel (from concentrated liquid coffee).
Location is also not ideal for getting around London.

"The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged. "
