"The rooms were spotless and had lots of of storage for your things, I had two big bags and they weren’t in the way at all, the showers/toilets were really clean, the vending machines were full of lovely food and drinks, the climate control is amazing, the light settings were just right, it’s very secure throughout the hotel, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had, I didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back!"

Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room.
They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge

"Unser Zimmer war Sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt von 1 Nacht absolut ausreichend! Die Lage war super, die Paddington Station ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Foyer gab es einen kostenlosen Wasserspender, der bei warmen Wetter gold wert war! Einziger Minuspunkt für uns: Das Unterstellen der Koffer war kostenpflichtig (5 Pfund pro Koffer)."

"We stayed in a twin room in the annex. We were offered the choice of 2 rooms and took the one on the 4th floor for the views (There are no lifts). The room was clean and well maintained and a reasonable size. Staff were super friendly. Walking distance to Victoria Station and the nearby theaters."

"Great location with near access to Baker St Tube Station. Compact but fine for 1 to 2 people when spending time out and about. Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. There was a fan which helped a bit during recent heatwave and heat reflective blinds were down on arrival. Be aware this is not an accessible building, there are narrow stairs up...
