"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible.
Would not recommend! Not worth it."

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options.
Only negative was the layout - you’re immediately in the washroom area when you enter the room. The shower room & the toilet room were too dark and kind of lacked privacy."

"Property is really close to Paddington Station- so close to everything you want to see and do in London. Our room was tiny- bathroom so tight- we ended up having to live out of our suitcase. "We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean.
The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet.
We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear and efficient.
Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

"Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from Paddington. Very clean and well equipped, newly renovated with really helpful friendly staff.
Yes bathrooms tiny but spotless and had everything you could need and more. Some noise but that's expected in a period building in a major city. Would not hesitate to book again."

"The hotel is situated in a quiet, convenient area, near Buckingham Palace. Very close to Victoria Apollo, where we went to see wicked. It has a unique history, being the place that housed Queen Victoria’s servants. As a history fan, it is incredible to think that my room used to belong to one of these servants. The ground floor, which used to be the shops, now houses the marble foyer and some exquisite restaurants and bars. They really make the most of the history- the bar ( which we visited...

"The location and hospitality of The Strand Palace was just wonderful! So close to covent garden and a quick walk to the national gallery and British museum! I misplaced the card with her name, but I believe it was Zahara? She was lovely and allowed me to check in a few hours early which was so much appreciated after a long flight. Mohammed was also very helpful storing and retrieving my luggage before and after my stay. Thank you for a lovely night in London!"
