"The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"This was not the hotel for me. Kind staff. Friendly for the most part. But this hotel is basic, basic, basic. The lobby is not warm and welcoming. It’s got a hostel feel to it. "Property was amazing from check-in to check-out. I stayed there 1 week in the Superior King room, and it was super spacious, nice bathroom with heated floors and towel rack heater. "We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."
