"No coincide con lo que me vendieron. La publicidad te muestra una habitación con ventana y cuando recibimos la habitación era un cuarto en el sotano, con una ventana dando a la pared de otro edificio, fue decepcionante. El cuarto es pequeño. Lo único rescatable es que hay cafetera y dejan café, leche y tazas. "

"We booked elsewhere and had to had a nightmare. We saw this place at 9pm friday and they had a room ready for us to book last minute. They welcomed us with open arms staff were super friendly.
Room was new and spotless they upgraded us because it was our anniversary.
We had 3 days there and loved it. "

"Location and the dwelling itself can't fault it at all..
The issue I had was communication for check in. I received information to verify who I was. Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. I asked if they could resend it again no answer. I email a few more times no response.
Got to the location emailed again to state that I was there, yet again no response. I waited for...

"Loved this hotel! The vibe was very cool and cosy, very welcomed by the reception staff. Very good value for money, best place I’ve stayed in London! Swimming pool, sauna & steam room, gym all included. Beautiful communal kitchen to use which was very convenient as I booked without the breakfast option. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "

"The room was very nice. Loved the shower which also had a hand shower attachment. The cleaning staff were really nice and complimentary snacks were added to the room each day along with bottled water. Our room was on the back and very quiet. We did have to keep our window open to maintain a comfortable temperature. We went to the bar twice and had drinks and snacks. The bartender was lovely and helped us choose drinks. Free chips & nuts were refilled as well. "
