"We booked elsewhere and had to had a nightmare. We saw this place at 9pm friday and they had a room ready for us to book last minute. They welcomed us with open arms staff were super friendly.
Room was new and spotless they upgraded us because it was our anniversary.
We had 3 days there and loved it. "

"No coincide con lo que me vendieron. La publicidad te muestra una habitación con ventana y cuando recibimos la habitación era un cuarto en el sotano, con una ventana dando a la pared de otro edificio, fue decepcionante. El cuarto es pequeño. Lo único rescatable es que hay cafetera y dejan café, leche y tazas. "

"Location very good.
Check in good.
Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem.
The housekeeper came to the room within 5 minutes to see the situation and...

"The hotel was in a perfect location. Just a short walk to Leicester Square station. The hotel was clean and convenient. The check in & check out process was very quick and easy! We loved the huge tv right in front of our bed. However, the room was extremely small, barely any room to move. There was nothing separating the toilet and shower from the room expect for a glass door that barely had a privacy film. I traveled with my 14 year old son so we didn’t like lack of privacy of that area. "

"Location and the dwelling itself can't fault it at all..
The issue I had was communication for check in. I received information to verify who I was. Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. I asked if they could resend it again no answer. I email a few more times no response.
Got to the location emailed again to state that I was there, yet again no response. I waited for...

"This was my second stay for a business trip. All the staff were very kind and polite. The rooms were simple yet had a distinctly British feel and were very clean, making them very comfortable. However, because the building is old, you can often hear footsteps from the upstairs and the floor creaking. Also, I personally found the fixed showerhead, rather than a handheld one, inconvenient. Aside from that, it's a wonderful hotel."

"Sauberes Zimmer am Anfang, geputzt wird nicht. Bei Handtüchern und Klopapier wird gespart, aber auf Anfrage bekommt man alles.
Personal sehr nett, es ist immer jemand vor Ort. Im März gab es noch eine Rezeption, jetzt gibt es nur noch Self-checken.
Lage ist einwandfrei!"

"Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions.
The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest. "
