"Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return.
