Staff was excellent. They had weird cleaning smell in the hotel. Good for a simple stay. The shower tub needs deep cleaning.

Hilton Cleveland Downtown
We were able to check in early to a very beautiful, clean room with a great city/lake view. We enjoyed the pool and dinner at the bar. Truly beautiful property within walking distance of a lot.
