"The Crane is a lovely hotel with a long history. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a few nice restaurants nearby but most attractions or city visits require a taxi ride. The concierge can make restaurant reservations and taxi requests for you but look online to book most excursions and if you can book transport with the tour companies.
