"I was very happy starting with the neighborhood, the welcoming staff, the quiet elegance of the hotel and the public rooms, and the layout and details of my room. I was happy to wake up in comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast service, and I was happy to be greeted when I returned at night."

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"Great breakfast. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. 2 gripes. Unable to turn bathroom light off. Glass door to the bedroom made for a difficult night sleep. No reading lights near bed. Lamp to one side of the bed only was more style over substance."

"Room was great - very modern…great location. The staff was great except one lady did not let us take a can of water from the cabinet - she came running around from behind the desk and grabbed it and then we were first able to buy it. Weird and comical but not professional"

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "
