"I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. "

"We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy."

All the staff were not on the same page communication wise and they were rude because of it. Even when I did call the front desk off of my phone, an employee that was on the phone laughed at me."
