"Room was spacious. There was an attached restaurant but when we went to order nachos they didn’t have half the ingredients and they didn’t compensate for it. Other than that we had a good experience."

"Emailed multiple times asking for interconnecting rooms and a cribs for two rooms. Made sure to email 4-5 times ahead of the trip to ensure a smooth check in after a long flight with young kids. We get there and the reception stars are you with blank expressions. Gormless grunts incompetent and incapable of doing anything without being asked several times. Eventually gave us two rooms next to each other. Neither with a crib, ask for 2 cribs, they bring one. Goes back to get another. Forgets...

"The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line).
