Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and centrally located on a quiet street. Within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful from before our arrival until we left. I would highly recommend!"

"The property was in a good location to be able to walk to everything. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast was great. When we booked the hotel we thought an airport shuttle was included with the price, but we had to pay to be picked up and dropped off. The room was also very small and the air conditioning wasn't the best, but it worked out fine because we not in the room very much. Over all it was a decent experience."

"Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10"

"The hotel was very clean and well located. Fantastic rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Only areas for improvement - check in and out was very slow as only 1 staff member processing everything. Room service inconsistent each day. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"Location is not ideal, quite a distance to restaurants/coffee shops; sandwiched between two VERY busy thoroughfares and as such it’s extremely loud at all hours. Hotel not at all as presented online, it’s very dated, especially bathrooms (moldy tiles in the tiny tub/shower): the decor is a tacky mess with neon lights, faux flowers adorning plaster statues, and terrible wallpaper throughout. We were so disappointed. All made worse by a dismissive front desk team who were the opposite of...
