"Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars"

"The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette, No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon."

"I would suggest steering well clear of this property. The actual property is in a good location and is a nice little place to stay with a couple of bedrooms, a common lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. However, the check-in process was beyond diabolic. After I had booked, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional security deposit, and then asked to pay an additional amount of funds because they said they didn't have my reservation. "Dirty bed, hairs, stains, and possibly bugs. Couldn’t sleep under the covers and terrible neighbors"

"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

"The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least."

"For the price I didn’t expect free breakfast or a gym but WOW! This place is a Dumpster Fire! People up making noise inside and outside of adjacent rooms around the clock. The entire building, walkways, stairwells and elevator are filthy and you will not be able to escape the stench of cigarette smoke anywhere on the property. There was a huge hole in the floor of my room! I don’t care if it’s free, this place is a hard pass!"
