"This is our second time at this hotel. The room of this trip was huge. It was closed to the street so we afraid it will be noise but surprisingly it was not. The room was not new but has everything we need and clean. The staffs were very nice and generous. Especially when we checkout, we forgot the jacket and a phone in the closet. We call and the reception checks right away for us and hold until we come back. We are very appreciated their honestly."

*Location is very central in LA area.
*Safe area in a majority hispanic neighborhood.
*Good soundproofing from other guests.
*Rooms looks like a recent-ish renovation with some new paint, while other areas could use a fresh coat of paint.

Cons:
*Location is very central, but not close to really anything.
*The even numbered rooms are on a very busy street with a lot of noise. Highly recommend getting an odd numbered room facing a neighborhood.
*Pool was the coldest...

"Das Zimmer hat gestunken. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken. Es wohnen hauptsächlich Mexikaner und einer mit ner fußfessel dort. Wir waren echt geschockt. Wir haben dort nicht geschlafen und sofort ausgecheckt.
Das einzige gute dort war das Personal weil die wirklich nett und Verständniss voll waren."

"Very clean and friendly staff but the king size bed was very hard and the pillows were flimsy . Close to a major freeway which was convenient for us. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Room can definitely use a reno but was ok for the price. The breakfast was just ok. Very good coffee. There was construction going on and a lot of big rigs in the small parking lot but surprisingly not noisy at all. All in all was just ok for a first trip to LA. Will look for somewhere less commercial...
