"Great location. Easy walk to Pier 39 where I enjoyed watching (and listening to) the sea lions.
The hotel is very busy, staff are helpful when you can reach them. I called for two requests, one in the evening, and one early morning: my in-room refrigerator was not working upon my arrival (they replaced it once I was able to reach them); and two, for bell service to help with my bags at check out. Both times the phone rang and rang and rang, to the point of my hanging up and repeatedly trying...

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa.
The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing.
Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented.
We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area.

"We only booked for a night because of our visit to UC Berkeley and it was an amazing stay! The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were nice and they welcomed us with waters.
