"Overrated and overpriced. Facility is outdated, staff very cutthroat and unfriendly. They don't tell you about the restaurants schedules or closures. Buffet place service slow employees look unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. Waiters won't even offer drinks at the pool area. One time I had to literally stop a waiter and asked for drinks and she never brought me the drinks. When I checked out they didn't bother asking for any feedback. "Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. "Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. "The room was clean and has a beautiful ocean view. The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family."

The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!"

Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair.
