"Really terrible! I could ignore the previous guests towels hanging up drying on the porch, the shower not cleaned, but I couldn’t ignore that the bed had bedbugs!!! For the price of the room, I would expect a minimum of a clean bed, I could feel them crawling and biting me all night. "The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "
