"We really enjoyed the resort. This resort is not your typical place. Since it is an eco resort the whole place is even more enjoyable. The wildlife and monkeys were a favorite for sure. Getting the adult only section was a great choice. Although, we enjoyed it so much we want to bring the kids next time."

"I looked at reviews prior to booking and seen some complaints and was a little worried. After staying here, came to realize people are too picky or have to complain about something. This place was amazing. The room was amazing. Other places expect a king bed or 2 queens and a sofa bed to be sufficient for a family. This place has a king bed in its own bedroom and the kids had their own beds (Murphy beds). Food options were great, pizza from room service was not very good. There was a lot of...

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "
