"Stayed on a Saturday evening. After travelling and a long day I was looking forward to a rest. The room was clean but no remote for the tv and the toilet seat was broken. I spoke to the staff and nothing materialised to sort either. Also there was entertainment which I wasn’t aware of so it was very noisy, especially as I was directly above them. "Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. "First impressions not good....loose tiles on front door step,grubby stained carpets everywhere,open kitchen bins.steep staircases.Our room was in the Attic and we are both in our 70s !!!! Tiny Shower Room with cracked damp stained ceiling.Tiny Wardrobe,dirty dusty windowsill. This "Hotel" is permanently occupied by 2 Residents. Owner was friendly enough."

"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
