"Room was gross. Old and dirty. They did not have hot water. Tv remote did not work. Got this room due to the kitchen and they were limited on dishes, utensils, pans etc. sick did not work, bathtub flooded and we had dirty Luke warm water covering our feet and ankles upon showering. Tv remote did not work and we were replaced with I one that had missing buttons. I spoke to the front desk about our issues only to be told maintenance was only available part time and would have to enter our room...

"Terrible. No breakfast even though it was mentioned that breakfast is included in the booking. The bedsheets and towels were not properly clean. No paper napkins were available as well to use instead of using the dirty towels. There was no water bottle/coffee/tea were available as well in the room. Only provided a single soap for 2 people's stay. "

"Room would not lock properly, the room was absolutely disgusting, there was broken stuff in the room including the lock, looked like the room had been broken into. There was kitty little everywhere. The toliet seat was broken. Toliet was dirty. The shower curtain rod clearly was ripped out of the wall, no shower curtain in the room bathroom door was torn up. There was burn holes in the blanket. "When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities."
