"NOTICE: Although the Hotels.com website lists “breakfast included” it is NOT available on weekdays. Weekends only. Room was very clean and comfortable. Huge tv with plenty of options to watch. Check-in was an issue as there was no staff in the office and listed a number to call. Left message and it took 30 minutes to get a call back. We liked the area as it was quieter than busy downtown area but very close and a safe area. "

"The hotel was OK. We had stink bugs in our rooms. The buffet was $350 for 8 people and it was absolutely horrible food. The food is overpriced and it’s BAD. Really BAD. It’s a decent hotel but it isn’t 4 stars. And they need to revamp their food."

"The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!"

"This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this for future stays. "
