"Great location. Free street parking but you have to wait until the shops close. But there is a free parking lot in town. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no where to put your luggage without having to walk around it. They offer a kettle for tea and coffee. The outside patio is very nice and private."

"It was really clean and well fitted for soap, towels tea coffee and the extra treats of cookies and hot chocolate. The only problem we had was we were relying on wifi and didn't realize there would be no staff to help us. We didn't see the email you sent to tell us how to get the key because we didn't have wifi. We went into a shop just down from the hotel and they helped us out."

"This is a comfortable, nicely updated hotel at the base of Bathwick Hill on the edge of central Bath. It is in close walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The breakfast room is pleasant with many options. The staff is attentive and helpful."
