"We really enjoyed our stay at Old Bank Flat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. The living area was also comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was lovely, although the bath may be a little awkward to get in and out of if you are shorter. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, with plenty of good pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby....

"I was staying for Parkrun and a half marathon in Cheltenham so the location was perfect. Rooms were nice and clean with tea/coffee and fridge (with free drinks inside I think room depending?) Staff that I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. Gym onsite and also a swimming pool/spa,sauna, jacuzzi. Doors to the rooms are heavy and do make a noise late at night when peoyare coming and going so early plugs would be worth taking with you."

"Beautiful property located in the heart of The Cotswolds. Great staff, well appointed rooms and lots of Cotswold charm throughout. Food at The Crown was delicious and the included breakfast was a bonus. Easy to get a taxi or Uber into nearby Cirencester. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean, the bedside light kept blowing but they worked hard to rectify it every time. I did get bitten a lot which has never happened to me before but the cause was a mystery because my husband did not get bitten at all. The roman blinds in the room let it down as did the net curtains which were hung the wrong way on the windows so the strings were an eyesore. The coffee and tea making facilities were excellent. The bathroom needed more shelving. The location was amazing and an excellent place to use as a base for sight seeing further afield. We spent 3 nights and 2 days there and could have stayed longer. They employ some amazing staff. Enormous credit to them ."
