"I was placed in the very last room on my the third floor, and it was ok. It could have been cleaned better. We got there a little late, and noticed all the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower. Called to inform them and get new ones and had to go pick it up myself which was a distance from room 300. Overall, however, it wasn’t a bad experience. We stayed comfortably for 2 nights - family of 4. The breakfast is not bad - better options than typical hotel food."

"2 adults 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Thoughtful layout. Gym had what I needed. Wish we had more time to check out the fire pit and use the outdoor grills. Breakfast was good. "

"The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"Breakfast was a little pricey for the buffet. Pool was clean, rooms were great. They came in and cleaned everyday when we were gone, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Staff were friendly, hotel was quiet. Would stay again."

"Very disappointing experience. We were first given a connecting room on the first floor and told there were no other options when I asked for a higher floor. After going back to the desk to switch, we were again told nothing else was available—even though many people were checking in at the time. We ended up in a room far in the back. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where a simple request like a different floor was refused."
