"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "

"nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for...

"The room had an odor of mustine like being old, and I wasn’t even gonna hold that against the hotel. There were roaches in our room. The ice machine was broken that was closest to our room. The hot tub was permanently closed."

"This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though "

"Very clean well kept property with complimentary hot breakfast such as sausage, eggs, potatoes, bisquits, gravy, waffles plus muffins and continental choices. At 9:00 -11:00 they offered evening desserts with 2 different cobblers, a selection of cookies and ice cream. Staff is so nice and welcoming! The hotel is in an excellent, safe location. Fyi..pool is outside and no hot tub if you are looking for that in a hotel. Rooms are exterior with no elevator and as mentioned in other reviews the...

"This is a very spread out property so be ready to walk up hills and far to get to the front desk from your room. No breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed. The indoor pool smelled like chlorine and dirty diapers with a million people in there. Parking sucks. Booked the room on Expedia only to get there in front desk did not have the same information on what room I booked. We definitely will never be staying there ever again."
