"This Drury Plaza has a very accessable location just north of Indy. Our suite was large and the bathroom was great with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet with a door. We enjoyed a free dinner and breakfast while there, and both were fresh with a wide variety options. They have a large free parking lot, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The only con I have is that the the furnishings need an update."

"The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive."

"We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment"

"Pros- great breakfast, staff was friendly (when around), beds were comfy, room seemed clean for an older hotel Cons- smelled like marijuana the whole time in our room, tried to let them aware, but no one was around. So we bought air freshener. Sprayed all the time. The noise from the interstate was awful! Had the fan running and tv on every night just to block the noise out."

At one point, I passed by the front desk and asked for housekeeping service, unfortunately, whoever made the beds used the same sheets that we had used the previous two nights. When it comes to staff, I think they only have one person covering the front desk and preparing breakfast, quite an inconvenience. I went to the desk to talk to him, but I saw he was busy getting breakfast together that I had...
