Cari B&B di Crossville

"The property is under new management and they are working hard to improve this location! Rooms are being updated and refurbished a few at a time. All in all, our stay was pleasant. They do have"

"was so ditry stains on the wall dead cockroaches on the floor stains on the towels"

"Great location, staff is great. My room was pretty "worn" this stay."

"Clean property, clean & comfortable room, good breakfast, great location next to I-59. The staff was friendly and professional. The only downfall was that a vagrant was asleep on the bench in the smoking area on one particular night. He woke up and asked me for money and a cigarette. I do not smoke and gave him neither. It was a little unsettling, but he went on his way while I was entering the hotel. Did not see him again. Only suggestion is maybe more security on the grounds and parking lot...

"Very clean .. easily accessible"

"Older Hotel. Room was clean, stayed 3 nights however no updated towels so we were tired and just made do. The elevator has a horrible odor in it. 2nd day they sprayed something in it to mask the odor but it only helped some. Restaurant was good for dinner, Breakfast ok, they had saran wrap over the trays so eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc was basically cold. BUT THE VIEW OF THE LAKE WAS AWESOME."

"Easy location and typical of Fairfield properties. Courteous staff."

"Room was clean, shower drained very slow. Reviews said breakfast was great but I found it lacking. Powdered"

"Clean room and staff were very helpful. Very courteous."
