"The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod."

"This hotel looks a little rough from its location, but it is not that bad. It's an older hotel but has most of the amenities that you would expect from any other hotel. I didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked like it would be palatable. I thought the price online was different than what was charged, so make sure to print your price listed after making the reservation prior to leaving."

"Was a very accommodative , especially Alan when talking to him about my husband who had a stroke and my father in law who is 88yrs old, I needed something easy access for them on the first floor and rooms close together . He came through amazingly. It truly made out trip to Tennessee from Florida to spend fathers day with three generations of Dads the most memorable time with our son and family!!! Thank you again I will recommend your establishment to anyone :)"

"I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed."

I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice. Overall the room was clean and I had no problem staying there, but the rest of the experience...
