"This was a great stay in downtown Asheville. Art deco to an extent with some modern features. The entrances, elevators and parking was secure. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and retail establishments. Positive."

No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. "

Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention.
