"We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property."

The staff are so friendly, plenty of food options, the spa is great as well as the infinity pools. They also have buggies for you to travel around easily at anytime. "We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The resort is in a great location with easy walking access to nearby restaurants or shops, if you want an alternative to the in-resort dining. It is also in a slightly quieter area of Lamai, which is what we wanted. Our airport transfers were seamless, the room was very clean, and the room access to the pool was fantastic! Highly suggest booking the pool access suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly - felt sad to leave them. Thank you...

"The balony needs a handles to come in and out so we can avoid mozzies coming into the room alsp people to be quiet during the night the left and right next door was exremly loud people while i was a sleep and i wish there was a sign keep quiet and keep the noise down and control .all the rest is all good buffet is excelent."

"Les chambres sont très propres spacieuses. L’emplacement idéal, un petit havre de paix à 15 m de toutes les animations.. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le café est très bon et ça c’est important. Nous avons passé 15 jours plutôt magnifique. Tout le personnel est très agréable."

"Amazing double aspect views of the Ocean. A very calm, clean and relaxing hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner at Dr Frogs were excellent and tasty. The pool was has views towards Chaweng Nioi and there is access to the sea via the rocks rather than a beach. If you do prefer a more sandy entry to the water, the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the southern end of the beach at Chaweng Noi, where you can also find other places to eat and drink. "

"The room met all expectations, the property was as pictured and advertised. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only small disappointment was ordering cocktails from the on-site bar: the staff were unable to make any of the drinks we ordered even though the drinks were on their menu. Overall a fantastic stay and I would recommend for anyone wanting something a little more quiet and relaxed."

"Everything was perfect. Staff was great, the place was as advertised. I did find it odd in the Villas there was no shower, only a tub with a hand held shower head, but it was not a big deal, just a little odd. We would 100% come back. "
