"Amazing double aspect views of the Ocean. A very calm, clean and relaxing hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner at Dr Frogs were excellent and tasty. The pool was has views towards Chaweng Nioi and there is access to the sea via the rocks rather than a beach. If you do prefer a more sandy entry to the water, the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the southern end of the beach at Chaweng Noi, where you can also find other places to eat and drink. "

"My first room had a severe leak from the AC unit however once I reported it, they got a technician to fix it within 5-10mins so that’s good. This room also had extremely poor water pressure, showering was a nightmare. I reported this and they said they’d get a technician to look at it but he couldn’t fix it. "Facilitates really good, Quan spa awesome, pool very nice, and fun activities. Ocean villas were great and highly recommended and staff always eager to please. The downside is construction in rear of facility and had to change rooms, which worked out very good. The beach is OK since frequently low tide and not really swimmable.
