"Very nice hotel. Was visiting London for the Usher tour. Perfect location for first time visitors to London, although I wasn’t alone, I would’ve felt comfortable in that area if I was traveling alone. There was plenty of shopping. Restaurants and the tube was right outside the door of the hotel. The staff was very nice very attentive and just overall a good stay The room was clean located in a good area with a good view. I enjoyed it."
"We stayed here as it was disability friendly, it was more than we imagined, we brought our own hoist but everything else was efficient for what we needed, staff were lovely and helpful, the food was hot and enjoyable.
