"The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors...

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. "Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...
