I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Ar condicionado, não funcionou Quarto sujo, lâmpadas queimadas Um funcionário salvou o hotel, muito atencioso querendo ajudar, acho que o nome dele é Gustavo, mas um outro que estava lá, não quis nem dizer o nome Péssima experiência com esse hotel, já no rede Vernon foi ótimo. Mas esse hotel Guaíra não recomendo a ninguém.

Quarto super básico antigo , equipe me forneceu uma chave de um quarto de outra hóspede entrei no quarto errado e vi todos os pertences de outro hóspede. Sem garagem no hotel , tive que pagar um estacionamento particular que deu 150 metros de distância do hotel . O café na medida do possível é bom , tirando a lotação do salão .

Sem serviço de quarto o quarto fico sem limpeza e sem toalhas limpas e um pouco causo do atendimento quando foi relatado q o quarto não tinha sido limpo. Agua do chuveiro não estava esquentando o suficiente. Uma pena pois todos os outtos hoteis da rede Andrade q eu ja tinha utilizado fui uma experiência boa. Desta vez a equipe q estava a frente dos trabalhos deixou a desejar.

Quarto muito velho. Sujo, duas baratas (uma no quarto e outra no banheiro), inclusive tirei fotos 😏. Cheiro forte de mofo. Não tinha lugar para por o papel higiênico (coisa simples). Equipe na chegada sem preparo para recepção (duas pessoas), uma até queria colaborar para ajudar mas a que estava atendendo recusou ajuda e até pediu que ela fosse fazer outro serviço. Enfim, nota 0 .

Bem centralizado. Estava com medo de fazer a reserva por conta da quantidade de comentário negativos. mas graças a Deus os 2 quartos que reservamos nos atendeu bem. O café da manhã foi bom. Acho que a única coisa que incomodou foi o banheiro que tinha uma goteira
