"There is a sister building to the one listed, and our apartment was in the sister building, had to walk across the road for the pool, no issue but was not what i thought the building was"

"We loved our stay at the Royal HoiAn. The breakfast was wonderful! Can't compliment the door Men enough, they were not only helpful but knew more then reception staff on where to go and how to get there! Our room in the old quarter was beautiful and the view amazing, would have been nice to have chairs on balcony. Our only con was the executive lounge, no coffee or tea through the day and stale snacks. They also don't do afternoon tea as advertised on their website, but the cocktails were great....

"We loved our stay from the minute we walked through the door, it had a beautiful luxe feel about it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.The breakfast variety was immense. The pools were amazing early right through til 9pm. Beds were really comfortable . We would definitely love to stay here again! "

"The only negative I can truly say about the hotel is the location, we had to Grab food or taxi as it’s away from the beaches and restaurants. I do also think they need more lounge chairs at the pool. Staff was wonderful, facilities clean and well maintained. Every evening food trucks line up for the sunset which was wonderful to witness during our evenings there!"

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"

"Hella clean spot. Legit nothing dirty there. Can get slippery in the hotel elevator due to people going to the pool but you always have to cautious. "

"From the start to the departure, we were treated superbly. The whole four night say was excellent and the only downside was the hotel is situated approximately 3.5km from the main entertainment area. Didn’t bother us but may others."
