I ordered grab food/used a laundry delivery service and they weren’t allowed to bring up the food & I had to ask several times for them to bring the laundry up. They also advertised free water bottles but didn’t mention that they’d charge you after 2. Vietnam is very hot and 2/3 other hotels I’ve been to have me unlimited water bottles Also there was very loud construction going on right outside...

I really wanted to like this hotel because it was so affordable and in a great location, but I just could not get comfortable there. It has nice amenities like free shuttle to Old Town, free coffee and tea in the lobby, and free sun chairs on the beach, but the rooms were dreary and I had the worst time sleeping there.
