"The place is horrible—it looks like a cattle pen; it’s filthy everywhere, with a terrible appearance and presentation. It looks like a furniture scrapyard, the floors are dirty, and the AC unit is propped up with a towel. They offer breakfast, but what they serve looks like chicken feed. The price is high for this level of service, and nothing matches what is advertised online or on apps; I definitely do NOT recommend it."

"The bed was ok. . They don’t even have a small hand soap for the sink in the bathroom. The towels were run down. The parking was full when we arrived at 1 am."

"The worst thing is that there was no heat and it was dropping down to about 49 or 50. When I complained, they gave me two blankets, but that did not stop me from getting a very sore throat and a bad earache. Shower was barely functional with a trickle of water coming because the lever that you push or pole to switch between the tub and the shower was stuck. No shampoo. One tiny bar of soap for everything only decent thing was Internet. The staff member wrote down the Wi-Fi password so badly that...

"The rooms had been updated and a great shower, however our family who booked a room were given a room that still had a guest in it! Then the 2nd room they were given, the air conditioner was not working then only to find out the filter was so filthy, the air could not come through. The staff person on duty was absolutely the worse representative the hotel could have chosen..he was rude, argumentative and threatening. I was told that i was not a wyndham member because i booked through Expedia....

"We got the end of corner room #115 on the right so it was a bit dark. Bed was too high. I’d say close to 3ft, a tad awkward to get on and off. Since the floor is concrete, if one falls down, one can hurt him/herself. End tables are mix matched. One is high. One is low and with lots of scratches 😁. Tub is slippery. Can use an anti-slipping mat. Can use an security lock inside. No iron or ironing board. Bed service must be requested. One last thing breakfast now is yogurt, instant oatmeal, dry...
