"It was a great overnighter with large comfortable rooms. Very convenient to airport, train station and very friendly staff. Highly recommended "

"Convenient location and a really nice onsen. It gets very crowded, it has a very small gym, and only 3 combination washer/dryers for the entire building. The laundry can get really lined up as a regular sized load takes 2 hours to complete, and may not be fully dry. The breakfast has a good selection, but the food is average buffet food. The noise really carries in the hotel as well, we could hear the people speaking clearly from the next room while we were trying to sleep. "

"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. It's only a 20min walk or 10min subway trip from Sapporo station with great food and entertainment all around it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean with a good sized shower/tub and having an in room laundry machine was very convenient. I didn't eat at the hotel since there are so many restaurants around it but the dining area looked nice."

"Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend."

"Great onsen and buffet dinner provided. However, that the window blind shade is unable to black off the morning sunlight into the room. Hence, wake up very earlier in the morning around 5am. Thanks. "

"What I appreciated most of all was having a hot spring bath with a large tub. The food at the restaurants were absolutely deliccious. However, I was shocked to discover just how filthy it was under the bed when I happend to drop something. That's why I didn't put five stars..."
