"Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"Nala was exceptional, start to finish!! Staff were very friendly during any exchange. The rooms was beautiful and THE VIEW!!!! Best I’ve seen before. Very central location- only ten minute walk to the train stations and the old town. Beautiful terrace and restaurant and the patio with the garden outside was breathtaking. Good was delish, albeit a little pricey. Would definitely go back!"

"The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace."

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön, toll wäre noch ein Wasserkocher. Die Lage ist auch super, man ist schnell im Zentrum und beim Bahnhof und der Park ist toll zum joggen. Der Fitnessraum im Hotel ist allerdings wirklich unterdurchschnittlich, könnte man auch weglassen. Das Frühstück wiederum war hervorragend, reiche Auswahl und ganz tolle Qualität. "Nice contemporary hotel in an a great location by old town near the river. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large selection of fruit , eggs, meats, cereals and bread."

"Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past."

"A lovely property and a great location to explore. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff. The main let down was that there was absolutely no drinks facilities in the rooms. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either. It was really hot when we were there, and a bank holiday so getting something from any shop was very challenging after 5pm or earlier which we didn’t realise and weren’t told on check in either.
