Property was good. It’s what we needed. We were just there overnight. Tv was lacking while watching but overall good place.

Poor old motel

Room smelled, bedspread and blankets had multiple burn holes. TV picture and sound kept dropping out.

Never again.

Rooms are cleaner than other hotels this price besides under the couch/nightstands. They do not move furniture and clean under them. Also, the lock on the door is broken. Some holes in the wall, etc. Manager guy is rude and threatens to call the cops if you have more than just you in your room, even if they are just stopping by while you’re in the area. Would not recommend.

Do not go here grosses place ever

The office was rude the sheets had holes they came in and cleaned the room without asking us we stay in rooms ofteb and since Covid started have not had rooms vleaned without us asking if we wanted it done there was trash under the couch but where you could see it this is one of the worst places we have ever changed even though my name is on the reservation they would not give me new sheets with no holes they did give my boyfriend but they had even more holes than the original sheets the comforter was disgusting differently not worth the amount of money we paid i wish i would of paid the extra and went back to my other choice

Room was a nightmare

The floor was caving in tje batjroom.gloor tile.was busted and tje room smelled like majuania. The sheets and blanket had birn holes in it. The toilet handle was falling off.

Not just no....

Horrific. First room given to us had not been cleaned, beds slept in and not made. Second room was filthy, "sleep in full clothing and socks" kind of filthy. And, to the sweet lady at the desk....no one deserves to be berated like that jerk was doing to you. Find yourself a new job and move on from that. That was verbal abuse and I'd he was the manager, then it's no wonder the hotel is as horrific as it is.

Why did first all the rooms were booked so they gave me the only one that they had .... they upgraded us the next day and I decided to throw another $100 down to get the jacuzzi room. it was well worth it! my granddaughter , myself and my daughter had a really good time!! It felt like a day spa!!

Please Find Another Hotel

Worst stay ever. Headboard fell off the wall. Fridge didn’t work. Shower handle and tub stopper were broken. The room was dusty and filthy. The only cleanliness plus was no bedbugs. A total shock to me with the condition of the rest of the room. The guy that checked me in told me my room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. I had called and knew about the $25 early check in fee. When I told him all of a sudden my room was ready. He was on the phone complaining about his Spectrum service. The tv was outdated and didn’t function correctly. My overall experience was just awful.

I'm disable n can't do steps n there was a step kinda high to get n the room so made it really hard to get me n the rm . N the bath room was way to small.

So disappointed....

I was completely surprised at the condition of this Knights Inn. We knew it wouldn't be luxurious (we chose it only because it was pet friendly), the staff was polite and there was coffee in the check in lobby. There was garbage all over the parking lot and grassy areas. The room itself was dirty, the floors, the bathroom.There was peeling paint everywhere inside and outside... I had to wash the tile floor to ensure our pet would not lick anything up. As other reviewers stated the room was very stuffy, when turning on the air conditioner, there was just this smell....I have allergies and immediately had an allergy attack. One of our traveling companions had to sleep in another hotel the next night as it was that bad. The only reason we stayed was we had our pet, and the room was paid in advance. I suppose to be fair, if all you need is a bed in a room that locks this place will suffice.
