"Like the location and parking availablity"

"I am a 79-year old woman with arthritis and must use a walker to get around. Hence I need a property that is not only ADA compliant, but ADA friendly. The Inn of the Governors fulfilled all my needs and did it well. Plus its location close to the Plaza makes it easy for everyone who travels with me, to enjoy themselves as well."

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. "We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

"This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel.
