"While the Inn is obviously a beloved long term place to come for folks, it also has a gentle charm that belies the somewhat older fixtures. The staff are wonderful, helpful, with genuine warmth. The morning breakfast is cooked, substantial and holds both the staples (oatmeal, eggs, sausages, etc) as well as New Mexico staples of red and green chili sauces. I was swayed from a different booking i had after reading reviews of this being the best hotel experience MULTIPLE people had stated they had… and I could not agree more. You won’t regret this stay."

"We were on a long vacation trip, and this was our absolute favorite stay! Close enough for walking to most places, but charming and quiet. Spend a little more for a Casita, well worth it. Breakfast was hearty, but also fresh and healthy. Amazing coffee! The staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and nice - for both their place and advice for Santa Fe visiting. "

"The room was not clean, the room was small and utilitarian with little amenities. The towel bar was poorly attached to the wall. No drawers for storage. Coffee pot was dirty, hair in the tub."

"Very nice accomodations. Only problem was that the young man who checked me in sent me to the WRONG building for my room. This was annoying after driving a long distance, and meant I had to then move my car twice. Please be more careful with your directions."

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Main dining room needs to replace all dining table chairs. We needed to add booster cushions to reach the table to eat. This is a higher end hotel and should never be an issue. Loved shuttle Into Santa Fe , Peter the driver was terrific."
