"Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care."

"Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The room was spacious and clean with a great en-suite. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and very tasty. Parking was easy on site. Highly recommend."

"Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse ."

"We only stayed for one night. My overall impression is a comfortable and mostly well kept facility. The staff on the reception desk were brilliant on arrival. They were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. This extended to the staff the following morning at breakfast. From being greeted at the entrance, placing a special order for vegetarian meal, to seeking assistance. There was always someone available and ready to help. There was a vast selection to choose from of hot, cold and continental...
