"We stayed at Andaz London for five days. Overall, the experience was decent, with clear strengths and some drawbacks. The location is excellent – very well connected by bus and train, making it easy to get around London quickly. The King room was adequately sized and well equipped. The minibar was refilled daily, and the espresso machine with fresh capsules was a nice touch. Bathroom size is fine, and the toiletries smell great. However, there are several issues. "Absolutely amazing stay, all the staff were really lovely and very attentive. Stayed solo for my birthday and they gave me a little slice of cake which was very cute and upgraded my room. The only thing that irritated me, was being told by a member of staff that the bottle of wine in my room was complimentary when I had enquired about it (it wasn’t) and I ended up being charged for it! Aside from that, I’d stay again. "

"We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch). Rooms were very clean, the rooftop bar is lovely for drinks, we didn’t eat there. The only thing we didn’t like or understand was that there seem to be so many people downstairs who were on their laptops clearly working (on MS Teams calls etc) it almost felt like you were sat WeWork offices, this was consistent throughout our stay....

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. "Quick and easy overnight trip. Easy check in and out and even were offered drinks on their rooftop. Lovely, clean, and efficient space with amazing views. And conveniently located on top of the train station. Can not beat that. Would recommend 10/10"
