"I loved it. Myself and husbands second time there Staff very friendly and helpful Spa pool was great. Spa treatment las were extremely expensive though. Loved the overall experience Did not have breakfast this time"

"This is not a 4 star hotel! There is no air conditioning. It is dormitory style accommodations. It’s also not conveniently located- make sure you have a rental car, nothing is really walking distance to here. We were also misinformed about the breakfast- the time changes based on the weekend and events held the day before. I regret booking this for our stay."

"The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. It is a very old hotel located in an excellent area. The car park is only a two minute walk from the hotel and easy to find (I phoned prior to my arrival and was given excellent directions by a friendly member of staff). The hotel is definitely in need of a refurbishment but this did not detract from my stay. I would certainly stay again."

"Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb."

"Staying at the Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport transformed the start of our anniversary getaway into an absolute breeze, especially since we were flying out of the North Terminal. Walking straight from the hotel lobby via the covered indoor walkway directly into the terminal completely eliminated the usual pre-flight stress and shuttle bus hassle. To our delight, the hotel added a wonderful personal touch for our celebration by surprising us with complimentary chocolates and a voucher...

"I am a very frequent traveller , 100’s of room nights a year. Ended up here after flight cancelled at Gatwick . Lovely wee gem of a place off the beaten track , not a chain and close to the airport . Take a bow the staff I met late at night Maddy front desk Sunita and a young gent in bar Cracking bunch of folk Made a miserable night bearable."
